Where do your flowers come from? Our flowers come from several places. Our local flowers come from Laguna, Tagaytay, Baguio, Bukidnon. We also have flowers from Vietnam, China, and as far as Holland and Ecuador.
Do you do custom arrangements? Yes we do. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your specific order and choice of flowers so we can send you a quote. It is best to allow about a week’s notice.
How do you package your arrangements? Our bouquets come wrapped with Natural Kraft and Burlap. Our vase arrangements come in a clear cylinder glass vase.
How do I take care of my flowers? If you receive a bouquet, unwrap the flowers and remove the water packet from the bottom of the stems. Give the stems a fresh diagonal cut, about one inch. Place in a clean vase topped with fresh water and flower food. Follow with the vase care below:
If you receive a vase arrangement, replace the water and trim the stems about half an inch daily. Ensure no leaves are in the water to prevent contamination which shortens the life of the flowers. Keep the flowers in a cool space, away from drafts and direct sunlight to prolong their life.
What is the lead time to order an arrangement? Online, the lead time is 2 days. For urgent orders, please contact us directly at +0288530504 or email@example.com and we will do our best to fulfill your order on the day, based on availability.
How long do the flowers last? Flowers will last typically 3-5 days with our local climate. To prolong the vase life of your flowers, make sure that your vase has been cleaned thoroughly with soap and water before placing the flowers inside with fresh water. Change the water and trim the stems daily. Remove any fading petals, stems, or stray leaves that may contaminate the water. To prolong their life, keep the flowers in a cool space, away from drafts and direct sunlight. Daily, you may trim the stems a few centimeters and replace the water.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
How do I order? On our online store, select the arrangement you would like to purchase, including the size, wrapping preference, color, and all other relevant fields. Add the item to cart. From the cart, enter any specific details and notes you would like us to know about your order, and select your preferred delivery date at the bottom of the cart page. Click check out and enter your delivery details and follow the instructions to process the payment.
What are the payment options? We accept credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. For bank deposit, please send us the deposit slip through firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject: Order #___ Bank Deposit.
What if I can’t find what I want on the website? Please contact us directly at +0288530504 or email@example.com so we can work on personalizing your order.
Why can’t I select a delivery date for tomorrow? We allow orders from 2 days in advance on our online store. For urgent, same day, or next day deliveries, please call +0288530504 to check on flower and earliest delivery schedule availability.
Can I add a gift note with my order? Yes, you may enter it in the space provided in your cart, under the product total. The notes are placed in a card and envelope, and attached to the flower order. Please keep your message to 500 characters to fit the card.
How do I know if my order is being processed? You will receive an automated reply and an order number. We also get in touch personally to let you know the order is being taken care of.
What if I made a mistake with my order? Call us at +0288530504 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Let us know your order number and delivery date so that we can sort it out for you.
DELIVERIES AND PICKUPS
Are flower deliveries available everyday? Deliveries are available everyday except Sundays, Public Holidays and selected dates. Should you need a delivery on Sunday, please contact us directly at +0288530504 and we will let you know if we have availabilities.
How much is the delivery charge? Delivery is charged depending on the location. Rates are shown at checkout, upon entering your delivery address.
Do you deliver the flowers personally? Our team delivers each order personally. We deliver our flowers in an air-conditioned delivery vehicle, to ensure the flowers arrive safely and in good condition. Only very rarely do we deliver with a rider and that is only when the delivery van is unavailable.
How are the flowers presented to the receiver? The flowers are presented in your selected packaging option, wrapped or in a vase, with a message card, care instructions, and a decorative ribbon.
What if my recipient is not available to receive the delivery? If no recipient or representative is available, we will call the recipient and/or sender for further instructions. If both parties cannot be contacted via telephone, the flowers will be left at a reception or front desk, or at the door. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged items from that point on.
Can I pick up my order at your store? Yes, you may pick up your flowers at our store every day from 9am to 4pm. Do advise us what time you prefer to pick them up so we can ensure they are ready and set aside for a smooth pick up.
