Deliveries, Pickups, & Payment Methods
DELIVERIES
We deliver our online orders anywhere within Mega Manila from Monday to Saturday. For Sunday and same-day deliveries, please contact our shop directly.
Delivery Schedule:
We cannot promise a specific delivery time, but we will try our best to have your order delivered within your preferred time slot.
Delivery fees vary per location and season, and will be automatically calculated at check-out based on the provided delivery address.
Flowerlovers reserves the right to charge a re-delivery fee incase no one is available to accept the delivery at the provided delivery address.
PICKUPS
You may opt to pick your orders up from our store at any time during operating hours.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Credit Cards, Debit Cards, & PayPal
We currently use PayPal to process all of our online payments. You don't need to open or have a PayPal account to pay via Credit or Debit Card, simply select the "Pay as Guest" option in the PayPal window to do so.

Bank Deposit or Bank Transfer
We also accept bank deposits or bank transfers to BPI
After the deposit has been made, please make sure to email us a copy
at hello@flowerlovers.ph with the subject: "Order #xxxx Deposit Slip".
We will only start processing your order once we've received the deposit confirmation.
For other payment concerns, you may call us at (02) 8853-0504 or (02) 8853-0428 from 7am to 6pm on Mondays to Saturdays, and 7am to 4pm on Sundays.
